Laura is a craft beer brewer. Initially an IT security engineer, it was through her travels that Laura discovered craft beers from around the world. Fascinated by craftsmanship – that space where the hand conveys emotion and creativity becomes a way to tell stories – she chose beer as the medium that brings people together and celebrates good times with family and friends. This inspired her career change, with the aim of showcasing the world of craft beer not only as a drink, but as a true sensory experience.
Craftazur Brewery is located in Antibes, at the foot of Sophia Antipolis. The energy and constant innovation of the Sophia-Antipolis technology park play a major role in shaping Craftazur’s universe and inspiring its beer recipes. Laura has learned to compose with aromas, reveal flavors, and work with raw ingredients with both respect and curiosity, elevating beer to a gastronomic level.
This results in carefully crafted beers, full of flavor, highlighting ingredients such as tonka bean, hibiscus, goji berry, or even wild hops from Sophia Antipolis.
Through her workshops and creations, she seeks to offer a space for discovery, sensation, and sharing. Every scent, every taste, every story becomes a suspended moment and a new gustatory adventure.
