Géraldine, an artisan candle maker, soap maker, and creator of natural cosmetics, reinvented herself after a career as an accountant in luxury hospitality. Inspired by her Provençal roots and driven by her love for her family, she founded GD’Sens: a brand born to make everyday life meet the needs of sensitive skin and reconnect with what really matters. Her commitment: to preserve artisanal savoir-faire by offering respectful products designed for everyone’s well-being.
In her workshop located between Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Géraldine favors eco-responsible raw materials, sourced mostly locally and from fair trade. She designs each creation against the tide of industrial trends: superfatted soaps made in a cauldron to preserve the oils’ richness, plant-based candles naturally colored with lime and ochres, fragranced with scents from Grasse guaranteed free from endocrine disruptors and toxic substances.
Her demand : patient (sometimes vigorous) gestures, ancient manufacturing methods, and a desire to refocus daily products on efficiency and quality.
